Currency and available methods
Prices and order totals are presented in Canadian dollars (CAD). The payment methods currently available to an order are displayed during checkout; a logo shown on the site does not by itself guarantee approval by a card issuer.
Authorization
When an order is submitted, the payment provider may authorize, decline, or temporarily hold funds. Billing details should match the information held by the issuer. We do not ask customers to send full card numbers or security codes by email.
Security and declined payments
Payment details are processed by Shopify and the applicable payment provider. If a transaction is declined or remains pending, contact the bank or issuer first, then use our Contact Us page if store assistance is still needed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Posting time controlled by a bank or card provider may take longer. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and return steps.
