30-day request period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the product. Eligible new, unused goods may be returned for reasons such as choosing the wrong model or changing your mind. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods are also reviewed for an appropriate remedy. Your non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Approval and return shipping
Email exepomuy20@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will review the request and provide the correct return destination; our office address is not automatically the returns warehouse. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. If it is missing or lost, contact us for help. Approved goods must be mailed back, and no restocking fee is charged.
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges are accepted following review and depend on current inventory.
Refund timing
After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
