Order preparation
After payment is authorized, Roborock normally prepares an order within 1–2 business days. This preparation period is separate from transit time.
Delivery in Canada
Available Canadian destinations and any delivery charges appear at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 4–6 business days. Carrier conditions, weather, remote-area service and address corrections may affect timing, so no specific arrival date is guaranteed.
Tracking and address accuracy
Use the tracking details sent for your order. Please review the delivery address before checkout. If a parcel is delayed, lost, or shows an unexpected scan, contact our team at exepomuy20@gmail.com with the order number and tracking information.
